AVIATION ENGLISH TRAINING AND COACHING SERVICES Improve your level of language proficiency, expanding it to an operational level in accordance with the ICAO Rating Scale and EASA Part-FCL. We will combine our experience in aviation and the ability to pass our knowledge to you in a practical way, face-to-face or via Zoom online lessons tailored to your needs. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made within 5 - 9 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 5 - 2 days of the event will incur a 75% fee. Cancellations between 48 hours before the event are not refundable and may be transferred to a different date/time depending on availability for a 50% fee. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer. No-shows are not refundable.
