Service Description

Take the language proficiency test from the comfort of your home - you're not alone! An LPE examiner will guide you through all the phases of the test, from ID verification up to the test questions. A specially designed online interface is provided to you to ensure that you hear questions and see pictures in perfect quality. You will get in touch with your examiner via a Zoom Conference tool. The test will be controlled by an LPE and an LPLE. Expect an exam duration of 45 minutes to an hour. Good internet connection speed is recommended as well as a PC/Laptop with Speakers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made within 5 - 9 days will incur a 40% fee. Cancellations made within 5 - 2 days of the event will incur a 75% fee. Cancellations between 48 hours before the event are not refundable and may be transferred to a different date/time depending on availability for a 50% fee. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the class date/time may not receive a refund or a transfer. No-shows are not refundable.
